Lacey + Josh {wedding}

I had the pleasure of photographing another amazing couple + their charming farm wedding this past weekend. Lacey + Josh's beautiful day took place on Josh's family's farm and was complete with lots of love, family, friends, laughing, crying, good-luck-rainstorms, wheat field magic, a few beams of sun, lovely details, the bride + groom's new rescue puppy Maggie, cheesecakes made with love by Lacey's sister-in-law + { J.Crew } bridesmaid dresses! It was heavenly!

I can't say enough nice things about these two, and neither could their friends and family. (And their friends + family were just as sweet and kind as them, including their bridesmaids and groomsmen!) Congratulations again, Lacey + Josh! I know you will find many years of happiness and love to come! :)

Megan + Matt {engagement}

Sometimes when I sit down to blog, I don't even know where to begin writing! There's just way too much to say. Matt and Megan are friends of ours + are having a chilly February wedding (where Zac will be one of the handsome groomsmen!). We've known Matt since almost the beginning of college, and Megan came into the picture a few years ago. They are both nurses and actually met at the hospital where they work! (I have so much respect for what they do for a living, especially since I could never-ever do it myself. My hypochondriac ways wouldn't allow it!) Even though our shoot was initially rained out three-or-so times, we finally had a beautiful afternoon...
